Melissa graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and a Masters of Osteopathy. Melissa has a long history in the health field after working as a remedial massage therapist for more than 12 years. With four children of her own, Melissa has a keen interest in family health care. She understands the importance of developing an individual treatment plan to help relieve symptoms and educate her clients on how to achieve optimal health and well-being.

Melissa uses a variety of manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, as well as postural, ergonomic and lifestyle advice to encourage health and well-being. To compliment her osteopathic treatment, Melissa has trained in dry needling and cupping techniques.

Remedial Massage Therapist

Narrell is a qualified and popular local massage therapist offering both deep tissue/remedial massage and relaxation treatments. She works with patients experiencing various mobility issues, injuries, long term and chronic pain as well as pregnancy massage.

Narrell can also utilise cupping in her treatments to maximise the effectiveness of the treatment provided.

Mel works with adults and adolescents utilizing a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness and relaxation techniques. She is committed to working with each individual’s needs and goals using a person-centered approach. 


She has worked with people experiencing difficulties with: anxiety (including panic attacks and phobias), depression, trauma, stress, workplace issues, grief and loss, post-natal depression and family and relationship issues. 


Another area of specialty, having come from an occupational rehabilitation setting, is an understanding of the impact of injury on one’s mental health. 



Christina has extensive experience working with children (age 10+), adolescents and their families in school settings and at-risk adolescents in community settings. She has also supported adults and children of many cultures, nationalities and religious backgrounds through a variety of challenges in private practice and is fluent in Greek.
